Compare external dimensions with the usable area, leaving room for access, fencing, plant access and the layout you want. Final dimensions are confirmed on the order drawings.
Access from the road to the pool
Send photos of the driveway, gates, overhead lines, trees, slopes and the placement area. Freight and crane arrangements depend on these details.
Approvals, fencing & the base
Ask Jessica about fencing through Outback Fencing & Steel Supplies alongside your pool quote. Your council or certifier can confirm the approval pathway and barrier requirements. Arrange a suitable engineered base and drainage.
Power, equipment & optional upgrades
Confirm electrical requirements with a licensed electrician. Tell Jessica about heating, cleaners, covers or lighting so they can be assessed with the pool equipment.
The complete written quote
Confirm model and finish, glass options, equipment list, GST-inclusive pricing, payment schedule, freight, clearance, placement responsibilities, exclusions and written warranty/support terms.
Delivery and readiness
Agree how the pool reaches the property and who handles placement and connections. Site work and final checks need to be complete before swimming.

20ft, 30ft and 40ft are model names. Use the external dimensions to plan your space and the swimming area to compare room in the water. Swimming widths are 2.0m, 1.9m and 2.2m respectively. Allow additional room for access, fencing and equipment.

How long does it take to get a pool?
Allow around eight weeks for custom build and freight. Jessica will confirm your expected delivery window and help you plan property access and site readiness.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit begins production. The remaining balance is due when your pool is complete and ready to ship, before shipment.
What does the guide price include?
The indicative pool prices include GST. Delivery, crane or placement, site works and optional upgrades are quoted for your location and chosen package. Your written quote shows the full total and inclusions before you order.
Are these made from old shipping containers?
Our pools use a purpose-built steel structure with fibreglass or tiled interiors and a container-style profile. They are custom-built in China for Lustre Cove Pools, with the design and finishes selected for your order.
Can I choose the colours and glass sides?
Choose from blue, light blue or white fibreglass interiors, a tiled finish and optional glass sides. Jessica can help you coordinate exterior colours and decking finishes.
What do I need to organise at my property?
Plan local approvals, a suitable engineered base, drainage, crane access and licensed electrical work. Ask Jessica about a pool and fencing package, with barrier requirements checked for your property.
Can you help with a cleaner, cover or heating?
Yes. Ask Jessica about premium robotic cleaners, fitted covers, heat pumps and lighting. We’ll help you choose options suited to your pool and include them in your quote.
What warranty comes with the pool?
The manufacturer documents specify a limited 10-year warranty from installation covering leaks in the fibreglass shell and FRP finish, and one year for standard pumps, filters and lights. Confirm the written coverage and exclusions for your chosen model and upgrades with Jessica before you order. Jessica is your local support contact. Australian consumer guarantees apply alongside warranty terms.
Are the photographs actual installations?
The main pool images are original supplied product and factory photographs. Labelled renders, drawings and an AI garden concept appear further down as examples. The garden concept illustrates optional finishes and landscaping; it is not a photograph of an installed pool.
